The integrated hearing-impaired module in the emergency call station improves the intelligibility of voice transmissions. The sound is transmitted by induction. People with impaired hearing and hearing aid users understand the voice announcements clearly and distinctly. Self-explanatory pictograms also make operation easier.

Integration with intercom system

It is usually connected to a workstation, the concierge, the security service or another control centre. From there, the emergency call can be answered directly with a hands-free call to clarify the situation, calm down and initiate measures. If necessary, several receivers can be addressed simultaneously.

Fail-safe communication with NeuroKom® IP

The barrier-free emergency call points are based on the NeuroKom® IP principle. This means that the emergency intercom system is a so-called NeuroUnit, which is integrated into an intelligent network of IP intercom stations without a central control unit. Each NeuroUnit works with its own real-time operating system. This makes the applications fast, extremely secure and reliable - the most important prerequisite for an emergency call system.
